London Climate Action Week brought the carbon market to London for another year of honest conversation and AlliedOffsets was there with three events across the week.
A panel discussion at the London School of Economics focused on what it will take to scale the CDR market. Speakers joined from DESNZ, Carbon Counts, and Supercritical for a frank conversation about pricing, procurement standards, and data transparency the building blocks of a credible removal market.
An evening drinks reception at The Horse & Groom in Shoreditch, co-hosted with FORLIANCE and Offset8 Capital. A relaxed format, a good room, and exactly the kind of space the carbon market needs more of buyers, developers, financiers, and advisors connecting without an agenda.
We closed the week with an informal breakfast at NatWest's Moorgate offices alongside Nature Broking. The highlight was Nature Broking's carbon credit card game, a surprisingly effective way to get a room of practitioners debating market fundamentals over breakfast.
Three events, three great partners, and a week of conversations we will be carrying forward. Thanks to everyone who joined us.
