As we head into 2026, it feels like AlliedOffsets is already off to a strong start.
On just the second day of the year, we launched our 2025 recap report, something the team had been working hard on for months. Seeing the report live so early in January felt like a good sign for the year ahead, and the feedback we have received so far has made all the effort behind it feel worthwhile.
One of the most exciting parts of putting the report together for me was the opportunity to learn from companies across the carbon market. Working with organizations like Stockholm Exergi, GoNetZero and StoneX gave us the chance to include other perspectives around how this market is evolving and where it is heading next.
As we move further into the year, what excites me most about 2026 is the opportunity to continue building on those collaborations. Working closely with our partners and clients allows us to bring more perspectives and data-backed insights to the market, which is exactly what the market needs.
Focus on impact and the environment
I’m also excited about continuing to highlight the broader benefits created by the carbon market. This includes environmental outcomes, of course, but also the role the market can play in supporting smaller project developers by giving them visibility with a global audience. Connecting developers with buyers and helping drive investment into projects in the Global South is an area where better data and transparency can make a difference, and it’s something we want to keep reminding ourselves about in the day-to-day.
AlliedOffsets Product and Team Developments
From a product perspective, I’m also really looking forward to seeing how people engage with the updates we’ve been working on. We believe that our improvements will help make very complex datasets easier to work with on a day-to-day basis.
As always, our users can also expect to see some new unique features and innovative tools being launched later in the year. But more on that later!
Finally, I’m excited about growing the team, particularly in the US, which means bringing in new perspectives, experiences and ideas that will help shape how AlliedOffsets continues to evolve. As the company continues to grow, I believe that staying connected to the conversations on the ground will be as important as any new product features or reports we release.
Looking ahead to 2026, it feels like a year with a lot of potential. It feels great to have an opportunity to keep doing meaningful work, and supporting a more transparent carbon market for all.
