London Climate Action Week brings together some of the most important conversations in climate and carbon markets and this year, AlliedOffsets is hosting three events across the week. From deep dives into carbon dioxide removal (CDR) policy to voluntary carbon market (VCM) data trends and informal networking, there's something for everyone working in or around the carbon market.

Here's what we have on:

Building the CDR market of tomorrow - 24th June 9:00am-11:00am

Carbon dioxide removal (CDR) is at an inflection point. As voluntary CDR markets mature and compliance frameworks take shape, not least here in the UK, the question of how to build markets that are credible, scalable, and policy-coherent has never been more urgent.

This event brings together experts from across science, policy, and market development for a panel discussion and Q&A. The morning opens with a networking breakfast, followed by a short introduction to TRACEcdr, an interactive monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) and carbon accounting tool developed by the Grantham Research Institute at LSE and powered by AlliedOffsets.

Panellists include Jonathan Lindsell (DESNZ), Paul Zakkour (Carbon Counts), Mai Bui (Supercritical), and Anton Root (AlliedOffsets).

Breakfast and Learn: Carbon, Coffee, and Cards - 26th June 9:00am-11:00am

Join AlliedOffsets and Nature Broking for a data-led breakfast covering the voluntary carbon market (VCM) in 2026 so far. Maria, Data Lead at AlliedOffsets, will share the latest trends across retirements, issuances, pricing, offtake activity, and investment flows, with a close look at where the market is growing across nature-based and technological methodologies.

Luke Baldwin, CEO of Nature Broking, will bring a complementary market perspective, sharing insights from their work with buyers and suppliers and reflecting on how evolving market trends are influencing transactions and strategies.

Following the presentations, we'll be diving into Nature Broking's Carbon Card Game, a hands-on tool for understanding carbon markets, natural capital, and sustainability regulation. Just 60 cards, small tables led by a Nature Broking expert, and a lot of discussion.
